How to book tickets
IN PERSON:
10.00am to 6.00pm - Monday to Saturday, or if there is a show on the box
office will be open until the start of the show.
Sundays: the Box Office will open one hour before the show.
There is no fee when booking by credit card.

Please send full payment to:
Box Office, Lyceum Theatre, Heath Street, Crewe, CW1 2DA. Cheques should
be made payable to: Crewe and Nantwich Borough Council. If you wish for
your tickets to be sent to you please enclose a stamped addressed
envelope.

RESERVATIONS:
Seats will be held for three working days. Seats booked within three
working days of the performance will be held until one hour prior to the
performance, when possible. Reservations not collected will be released
for sale.
REFUNDS:
We regret we cannot refund tickets. When there are no remaining seats left
to sell, as the Lyceum's own tickets have priority, we can try to re-sell
tickets providing they are first returned to the Box Office. An
administration fee of £1.00 will be charged.
CONCESSIONS:
Available to children aged 17 years and under, full-time Students, Adults
aged 60 years or over in full retirement, unemployed people, disabled
people and carers. Only one concession applies, and the BEST concession
will be offered.
BOX SEATS:
The boxes seat 4 persons and are available at the price of three full
priced circle seats unless indicated otherwise in the brochure.
STUDENTS & YOUNG PERSONS STANDBY
SCHEME:
Half an hour prior to curtain up tickets are available on selected
performances for students and young people up to the age of 24 at a
special discounted rate. Check with Box Office for details.
PARTY RATES:
£1.50 off each ticket for parties of 8 or more / £2.00 off each ticket
for parties off 20 or more / £3.00 off for parties off 50 or more on
selected shows.
FACILITIES FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS:
Wheelchair spaces are available in the stalls. There are toilets for
disabled people and a lift giving access to the front of house on all
levels. Please let the Box Office staff know your requirements when
booking. Wheelchair users and their companions are offered 2 tickets for
the price of one for any performance.
HEARING IMPAIRED PEOPLE:
The Theatre has an infra-red system in the stalls for people with hearing
impairments. Headsets may be obtained from the Box Office in the foyer.
This is a free service.

THEATRE TOURS:
A chance for you to get an insight into how a theatre works and take a
look behind the scenes. The theatre tours cost £3.00 per person including

PARKING:
Free car park available after 6.00pm in the Market Square at the front of
the Lyceum. There is also ample parking a short distance away at the Civic
centre, which is also free after 6.00pm please

Terms and Conditions of Booking
Booking tickets is subject to the following terms and conditions.
- It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check if a performance has been cancelled and the date and time of any re-arranged performance. The Lyceum Theatre will use reasonable endeavors to notify ticket holders of the cancellation. Please note the Lyceum Theatre cannot guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the performance.
- The Lyceum Theatre regrets that tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.
- In the case of a performance being cancelled ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled performance (subject to availability) up to the face value of the ticket. If the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled performance or if the performance is not rescheduled a refund equal to the face value of the ticket will be given.
- The booking fee is none refundable under any circumstances.
- Every effort to admit latecomers will be made at a suitable break in the performance, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
- The Lyceum Theatre cannot be held responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
- Tickets are sold subject to the Lyceum Theatre’s right to alter or vary the programme or performance due to circumstances beyond its control.
- The ticket holder has a right only to a seat of a value corresponding to that stated on the ticket. The Lyceum Theatre reserves the right to provide alternative seats to those specified on the ticket.
- The Lyceum Theatre reserves the right to alter suspend or remove price bands, concessions, discounts and availability without prior notice. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Any personal information you provide will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and used for processing your theatre bookings. From time to time the Lyceum Theatre may contact you with relevant offers relating to the theatre. If you do not wish to be contacted please notify customer services at:

- The Lyceum Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission should the ticket holder breach any of the rules and regulations of the Lyceum Theatre.
