| This
story is an adaptation of Charles Dickens’ classic novel ‘A Christmas
Carol’, set in London, 1843. Even at the most festive time of year,
Ebeneezer Scrooge is unable to let go of his miserly ways unlike his
clerk, Bob Cratchit, whose heart is genuinely in the right place. The
spirit of Jacob Marley, the former business partner of Scrooge, warns
him that he will soon receive visitations from three more spirits who
will attempt to show him the error of his ways: the Ghosts of Christmas
Past, Present and Yet-to-Come. By watching his life back through the
lives of others, will Scrooge make amends and be able to ‘Begin Again’? Featuring the songs ‘Christmas Children’, ‘M.O.N.E.Y.’, ‘A Christmas Carol’, ‘I Hate People’, ‘December 25th’, ‘I Like Life’, ‘Thank You Very Much’.
