Dave Spikey's Best Medicine Tour

Dave is probably best known for co-writing and co-starring with Peter Kay as Jerry St Clair in "Phoenix Nights" and more recently as team captain on four series of Channel 4s "8 out of 10 Cats".

Dave has this to say about his current show: “When I was growing up, my dad (a man of many sayings) used to say to me "Laughter is the Best Medicine" - which is why, by the way, when I was six I nearly died with diphtheria.

Come along and laugh at tales of stunned guinea pigs, wasp allergies, my wife the nun, dancing for dobbers, laxative chocolate, the sun going round the moon and the many ways you can “make your own fun”.

Hopefully you'll go away in much better health, plus if you laugh for one hour you’ll burn off 200 calories and that’s a pint of lager! So basically, what I’m advising is, for maximum benefit I'd encourage you to laugh at absolutely everything and then it will do us both a world of good.
